We needed last minute emergency porta potties for an event the next morning. TJ who answered the phone at 8pm was so helpful, got us a great deal and set up immediately. When the event ultimately fell through the next day they were understanding and cancelled without issue. So responsive and helpful!

Had an issue with my sump pump called at least 10 different companies and when I called A1 porta potty they immediately beat all the prices that I had gotten. They scheduled me fairly quick and came out and did the work. The guy that came to pump the tank out was super nice and did a great job. The service truck did leak some oil in our driveway but they definitely went above and beyond to resolve this and came out to clean the driveway.

All of You're a staff was super nice. The to men that showed up to Empty my tank were Perfect, Gentleman.!!!

They were fast and efficient and provided me with a portable bathroom during a busy time in Louisville. Bourbon and Beyond and Louder than life were happening but they still provided fast friendly service.I will absolutely use them again when needed and would recommend them to anyone.

I have hosted an event for 3 years and they have been spectacular to work with. The units are affordable, extremely clean and well kept and they've been very accommodating even to last minute changes. I highly recommend their services.

If you are looking for a company to pump your septic, this is the one! From the person who scheduled my service date to the person who came to pump my septic tank, it was a positive experience. The process was a breeze and they were able to get someone out the following business day. Richard came to my home and was very friendly and took the time to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend!

These are top notch. They have went above and beyond to take care of our needs in spite of weather and difficulties that have arose due to our being in an RV while having a home put on our property we are living on. When we realized the RV can't be moved due to weather and the conditions of the ground i called several places who told me they wouldn't even try. A1 said they'd do it. Tyler Took the time to get it worked out the first time,and the next guy who came yesterday did the same. But they didn't stop or give up on it. Thank God for them cause this was our last option.
