Had an issue with my sump pump called at least 10 different companies and when I called A1 porta potty they immediately beat all the prices that I had gotten. They scheduled me fairly quick and came out and did the work. The guy that came to pump the tank out was super nice and did a great job. The service truck did leak some oil in our driveway but they definitely went above and beyond to resolve this and came out to clean the driveway.

We needed last minute emergency porta potties for an event the next morning. TJ who answered the phone at 8pm was so helpful, got us a great deal and set up immediately. When the event ultimately fell through the next day they were understanding and cancelled without issue. So responsive and helpful!

Courtney makes ordering very simple. She is helpful and pleasant. I have met many of the drivers and they do a great job, especially Robert. I use their Porta cans and dumpsters. They work hard to keep your business. Highly recommend.

These are top notch. They have went above and beyond to take care of our needs in spite of weather and difficulties that have arose due to our being in an RV while having a home put on our property we are living on. When we realized the RV can't be moved due to weather and the conditions of the ground i called several places who told me they wouldn't even try. A1 said they'd do it. Tyler Took the time to get it worked out the first time,and the next guy who came yesterday did the same. But they didn't stop or give up on it. Thank God for them cause this was our last option.
